That's very strange. The WebKitTools directory is right next to
JavaScriptCore and there's no important difference between the two
directories. But it is the last directory alphabetically so you might
see a problem if you were checking out and it failed part way through.
The directories are:
BugsSite
JavaScriptCore
JavaScriptGlue
LayoutTests
PageLoadTests
PlanetWebKit
SunSpider
WebCore
WebKit
WebKitExamplePlugins
WebKitLibraries
WebKitSite
WebKitTools
You could check to see if you have them all.
