If you want to build the Qt port on Windows, you should follow the instructions at <http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/BuildingQtOnWindows>. As I mentioned previously, the instructions at <http://webkit.org/building/build.html > are related to building Apple's Windows port rather than the Qt port.
