After some frustrating experiences using AppicationCache
for some private, but field-tested apps, I'd like to see
some additional information provided in the
ApplicationCache events.

Seems like these would be a good candidate for an
"experimental feature". Did anything ever happen
regarding formalizing or just organizing thoughts
around "experimental features", after the
Contributor's Meeting last month?
