Is your copy of build-webkit out of date? Line 345 should read: splice @projects, 0, 0, "ANGLE"; The OpenSource Leopard buildbot is compiling ANGLE, so I'm not sure why your machine is not. I'm firing off a Leopard build now to see if I can reproduce it here.
