I'm planning on adding experimental blob support to DataTransfer. I emailed WHATWG awhile back, and no one replied, so I picked what looked like the most appropriate option and I've implemented it. Does anyone have objections or comments on landing https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47482 (once I fix the Windows build problem)
