Switch by fiat? Not by a long shot. The call is to reevaluate the suggestion. 
Indeed, we must improve the infrastructure as long as there are users, 
regardless of any plans of moving VCs.

This is part of the goal - to see how many still use SVN, what's holding them 
back from the move and how we can help them and the community to make the 
transition to what is deemed by most (my estimate) to be superior.

On that count, what feature do you find in svn that is missing from git, or put 
differently, why is git not as good as svn for you?
