That's not the point of a vendor prefix. Other browser vendors have shown some real resentments over how we always ship half-baked features that only work in simple cases. See bugs like https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93304. We really need to stop shipping half-baked or half-finished features. - Ryosuke
