Hi Brendan, I am also interested in that feature and am actually working on an implementation of it. The implementation, which is behind a specific flag, is currently usable for simple demos on linux environment. My initial plan was to publish it in a couple of weeks when being stabilized, probably on github. Maybe we can team up?
