Hi all,

I've found a bit of a work-around to make the plugin widgets update. I need to add an additional call every time a widget is added or removed. The following snippets work (only one is needed):

        gtk_container_resize_children ((GtkContainer*) widget);

        gtk_container_check_resize ((GtkContainer*) widget);

        GtkAllocation* alloc = g_new(GtkAllocation, 1);
        gtk_widget_get_allocation((GtkWidget*) widget, alloc);
        gtk_widget_size_allocate((GtkWidget*) widget, alloc);

These, on the other hand, don't:

        gtk_widget_queue_draw((GtkWidget*) widget);

        gtk_widget_queue_resize((GtkWidget*) widget);

Does this give anyone a clue as to what's going wrong?

I wonder if this is related to this bug:

It's been long since I last took a look at it, but the problem could
not be reproduced with WebKit2.

It's reminiscent. Is there a guide for porting from WebKit1 to WebKit2? I'll test my testcase with the new API if someone can show me how to do it.

Thanks,
Robert
