I made this proposal:

That we haven't done yet, but I wanted to do now in trunk before the
first unstable release of this cycle. Now that we have the release bot
(almost) green, it's mush easier to track changes in tests caused by
dependencies. 

I would like to change them all together, so I'm fine bumping those
deps, but all others too at the same time. Let's file a bug report.
