Hi all, this is my first post to the list, so I'll quickly introduce myself... I am one of the developers behind the Haiku operating system and have recently become interested in picking up the Haiku port of WebKit. After checking out a number of browser options for Haiku, I believe the WebKit port is the most promising, since the code base is very clean and allows for a most integrated native browser application.
The past days I have worked on various issues in the Haiku port and have gotten it back to what it used to be and beyond. I've checked out a current revision from the master WebKit subversion repository and am ready to begin creating Bugzilla tickets with my patches. On to my first question: I have noticed that the code for the HaikuLauncher is not part of the repository at all, but other ports do have a browser shell included, sometimes seemlingly much more, like in the chromium case. Shall I submit patches for this code as well? Or just for the port itself? Thanks for this awesome framework and project!
