Hello. I'm having difficulties understanding the Element::setAttribute(const QualifiedName&, const AtomicString& value, ExceptionCode&) method.
What's a qualified name and it's constructor arguments (prefix, localName and namespaceURI)? I want to add a new attribute, say "my_attr" with a value "my_value". Please help.
