After Installing the Windows Server 2003 R2 Platform SDK<http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0baf2b35-c656-4969-ace8-e4c0c0716adb&displaylang=en>, then follow steps 2 and 3 of “How to: Use Visual C++ Express Edition with the Microsoft Platform SDK<http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms235626%28VS.80%29.aspx> .” Under C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs I got V5.0 and V6.0A Folders I tried with both of them . no result
and C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\ Made the changes pertaining to step 3.
