I think you will be fine with the Vista Platform SDK. I used to build webkit with the 7.0/7.1 SDK. Anyway. Here is a Link to Server 2003 SP1 SDK. Should work too. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6510
