ICE errors:
Version 12.0.31101.00 Update 4
Annoyingly, Windows Update does not automatically find and offer this
update for your software. You need to go to the MSDN site and
download it.
This is a free update for all versions of Visual Studio 2013
(including the ‘Express’ edition).
