Hi Simon,

I'm keen to build Qt WebKit 2.0 on Windows and OSX -- I have some patches from
Qt 4.5.3 for Java Applet support which I'm hoping will run better on the latest
Qt Webkit then they do on Qt 4.6.2's snapshot. Is the build process the same
as building WebKit from the main Git branch?

Some observations about the week9 builds (let me know if I should be reporting
these onto bugs.webkit);
- On Windows 7 64 bit and XP sp2 (both with VC runtimes), QtLauncher fails to
start.
-- On XP sp2 , it pops up:
"C:\qtwebkit-2.0-win32-msvc2008\bin\QtLauncher.exe
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is
incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
OK"
-- Don't have the Win7 machine atm, but I believe it complains about side by
side runtimes stuff in VC assemblies

- On OSX, which may be my config issue on my set-up (w/ MacPorts on 10.6.x),
the build runs okay but complains about plugin arch in the console
"/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Flash Player.plugin/Contents/MacOS/Flash Player: no
matching architecture in universal wrapper", so Flash on Youtube doesn't
work...

Let me know how I can help.

Cheers,

-G
