I'd say because:
1) once you added an object, it will be deleted on next page load, unless you 
tied your object to page through javaScriptWindowObjectCleared.
2) You can clean up your object anytime through JavaScript....

  There is a addToJavaScriptWindowObject method in QWebFrame, but why there
is no removeFromJavaScriptWindowObject method?
