"Crawl, walk, and then run" would be my reason. Actually I misspoke as what I 
really mean is to run and _pass_ the API tests. 
Also not sure how much of the tests are feasibly on the minimal bot, but 
perhaps minimal but is an exception to the general rule anyway.

I also think we should include a few  - _very_ carefully selected - tests that 
are not testing the API per se, but should be considered part of a smoke test 
set - e.g. to have at least one test for <canvas>, one for workers, etc (if the 
existing API tests are not testing these already). I do know that these are 
covered by LayoutTests but I think it will be a while until we have LayoutTests 
running on all QtWebKit supported platforms.

Let us know if you strongly disagree on this, otherwise we can discuss the 
specifics as part of the patch review.
