Do you mean the gestures for user interactions? For example, pinch can
be used to zoom in and out, swipe to flick the view, etc. In that
case, those gestures are application-specific gestures and should be
handled at the application level, e.g. the browser which uses
QtWebKit.

Just as FYI here re this spec, the latest version of the W3C's Touch Events spec (what we call the Editor's Draft) is: <http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webevents/raw-file/v1/touchevents.html>. The Touch Events WG will publish a new "Last Call Working Draft" soon (possibly by the end of October).
