Right, it's not necessarily a status bar anymore, although as a UI element it certainly is present in desktop browser (it looks like a "status strip" in Chrome :) statusMessageChanged sounds good to me. Should there also be a statusMessage property? I know this keeps coming back ;) Any opinions? Simon
