Let me ask another way -- is it possible for someone who knows the
modern-dispatching branch (Yarek? Leslie?) to separate the navigation
changes from the other stuff? Make another branch? If you did that, I
could take over, merge the new navigation and start working on it,
testing it in the process...

BTW, as I work on my local weblocks copy, I tend to maintain about a
dozen tiny branches, each containing separate functionality to be merged
into weblocks later. The branch I actually work off gets rebased on top
of all of those regularly, and they all get rebased on top of current
weblocks-dev regularly. This lets me submit patches to weblocks-dev at
any time, without requiring a giant merge with all of my changes.
