Has anyone implemented the streaming model for user callbacks in weblocks? This requires a change or override in the render-page protocol so we can write back data on-demand rather than the current two-phase "render body to string, "render page headers with string", etc. I have some ideas here, but don't want to retread ground that has already been covered.
