as long as you don't setf things which are bound from outside of the
continuations outer most frame it's acually pretty easy. if you do
attempt to modify this 'external' data i don't know how it would
work. what value do you give it on the second restart? how does this
modification affect its value the third time you restart the image?
ps - just my 2 cents, i don't really know enough about cl-cont's
internals to be helpful here.
