Do you have the expression (export 'fluid-database '#:clsql) at the bottom of fluid.lisp? If not, you need to update it. On another angle, make sure that ASDF is loading clsql-fluid before weblocks-clsql (i.e. loading the system definition for fluid *after* that of wb-clsql). > which allows the code to compile.
