I'm not sure I see what this has got to do with the back button:

Weblocks pages (as opposed to static files) should always be served
fresh
from the server and thus feature live action URIs, back button or not.

It's dangerous to have multi-shot actions because you easily end up
doing multiple widget replacements (less serious but annoying) or
executing backend transactions multiple times (more serious).
