The weblocks package uses both the CL package and the C2MOP package. To avoid the conflicts, it then shadows some of the CL symbols. However, this causes a problem on Closer-MOP/ClozureCL, because it has an additional export of C2MOP:STANDARD-METHOD not seen on other implementations.
