This probably either means that the wotask daemon service is not
running or it is running but (guessing at this path) C:\Apple\Local
\Library\WebObjects\Config\SiteConfig.xml is corrupt.

I am running webobjects 5.2.3 on windoze 2000 sp 4 with all the latest

all stopped working this monday. When you try to connect from a
browser on a
pc you get a 500 message from iis. From a mac you will get no instance
available. I have uninstalled java and webobjects reinstalled and
set the
application, site, host and instance backup but the same thing still
happens. I have tried to debug this but no luck. Nothing shows in
the event
logs or in the url scan logs. I have tried creating new
applications and
instances and the same deal. I have double checked everything
including
firewalls and the like it all seems right. I see that 5.2.4 is out
but I
don't want to upgrade until I figure this out. Help!!!
