My mistake!!!
sorry for the question...In fact I've only checked the "scheduling"
part of the application configuration pane when only one instance was
used.
So I didn't see that the scheduling display as many "line" as number
of instances...
So everything is OK:)

You can schedule all instances as you like using monitor ... What
problem do you have with this? Just go to application config in
JavaMonitor when you have some instances configured and set the
settings there in "Scheduling". You can set everything in a "per
instance" basis.
