The apache adaptor only works with apache 1.3 !
The web page warms about it :
"2. Install Apache
As Apache version 2.x will not work with the WebObjects adaptor, you
have to use Apache version 1.3.x. "
So if you need to a woadaptor with works with apache 2 you have to use
the one of the project wonder
