It it is _really_ not running and it starts from the command line
with _all_ of the _same_ parameters as in JavaMonitor, then I have no
idea.
Next step I guess is wipe the drive and re-install everything,
unless there are any other suggestions??
That seems like a radical and unnecessary step.

I tried the things on both those links with no luck. I can
start my app from the command line running as appserver and it
runs fine, so I don't think it's a permissions problem. And I've
tried to hit my site after starting it with javamonitor, but it's
not there, so I don't think it's a case of javamonitor just not
seeing it.

When I start my app, it just seems to hang (at least in java
monitor), and there are no log files output anywhere. I
created an empty logWebobjects file in /tmp, but no log file.
So, I'm pretty much stuck with no clues as to what's going on.
Any ideas? What goes in the HTTPAdapter URL field for the
Site? Is using localhost ok for the IP?
