Hello;
It still isn't working, but I think I'm closer to having it up and
running.
For deployment on any *NIX, my AJP adaptor is an open-source
alternative method to the 'wotaskd' deploy or 'servlet' deploy. The
idea is that one can build a self-contained '.woa' bundle that has WO
and other frameworks (include LEWOAJPAdaptor) inside it using the
'embed' attribute on the 'frameworks' element in your ant build
file. You then feed requests into it using a regular 'split-install'
off something like apache 2.2 which supports AJP natively. Find out
more at;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apache_JServ_Protocol
..and then 0.8 "AJP Adaptor" in...
http://homepage.mac.com/andrewlindesay/le/manuals/lewostuff/
LEWOStuffOverview.pdf
Bear in mind that this is all still only a month or two old, but it
has undergone some testing and a few revisions now.
cheers.
