Hello everybody,
currently, we have a very memory-intensive WO application in
deployment and we consider moving it to the 64-bit version of Windows
2003 server and to Java x64 respectively.
Has anybody deployed on 64-bit Windows before? How about the IIS
adaptors? Will they be a problem because they are 32-bit and IIS will
be 64-bit? Will I at least be able to use WebObjects.exe because it
is a standalone executable?
How about the services (Monitor and WOTaskd)? Will they run as expected?
Any problems with WO and the x64 version of Java?
Any comments are welcome. Please tell me about your experience and
possible caveats.
Thanks in advance.
Ralph
