I'd still consider it possible that there is a bug in the adaptor or that it 
was built incorrectly.  I will guess that few people use this in deployment and 
that those that do have a lower request load.  100 errors out of 50,000 
requests does make it sound like a concurrency bug in the adaptor, especially 
with that partial response string in the adaptor log.

Mark Ritchie is the guy for things like this.  Mark, are you reading this?  Any 
ideas?
