That seems odd as the :2001 directs the browser directly to the app, by passing 
Apache and wotaskd.  Are you sure that is what you were using?

That look like Apache is crashing. Is that from the Console log?  Is there 
anything else?  If you use the mod_webobjects that comes with WO instead of the 
Apache 2.2 version, it will crash.
