I have a Linux server (pre-configured by someone else) that needs WebObjects. I
was referring to wiki at:
http://wiki.objectstyle.org/confluence/display/WO/Installing+WO+5.3+or+WO+5.4+on+Linux

and noticed Pascal's comment about "Don't use the Java stuff from GNU".

The java version already installed is:

java version "1.6.0_17"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.7.5) (rhel-1.16.b17.el5-x86_64)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 14.0-b16, mixed mode)

Is that one OK to use, or is it recommended to get oracle/sun JDK 6 RPM and
replace that?

If this one is not up to par, what exactly is wrong with it?
