Tim,

Thanks for the suggestion.  When I try this I get a "The Framework 
'JavaWOExtensions' does not exist" error.  I have the wolips.properties file 
defined with a wo.extensions pointing to the extensions directory.

Any ideas about why I would be getting this error now?

You can create a new project in Eclipse and use the build.xml from the new 
project. You'll need to manually edit it to have the proper app name properties.
