What does this mean exactly? I am really not sure how to read this.

My first impression, that I can't see a reason for changing, is that this is "the official word" that everyone's been wanting Apple to provide about deployment to any platform, and more specifically those other than Mac OS X, being perfectly within the realms of the granted licence.

This is the kind of "official word" that corporate decision makers like to see as it means they're not venturing into unchartered waters
