I've used MS SQL Reporting Services extensively.
It is very good at building reports if your data exists in SQL Server
and pretty much in the state you want it reported on.
WO is a powerful set of frameworks used to design robust
applications. Reporting Services can only do a very small slice of
what WO could also be made to do.
