Another undocumented 'feature' -- When deploying as a servlet WOApplication's 'terminate()' method isn't called.

I'm no servlet expert, but I suspect this is an oversight in the servlet integration. I would've imagined that WOServletAdaptor should implement the destroy() method which would in turn invoke our application's terminate method or some other method in which we can do clean-up.

I'll file a bug anyway.
