I know Chuck's comment attracted a bit of attention in subsequent posts, but I did exactly the same thing, because the headline "/** Getting Started with Project WONDER */" was what I came to this page for and was in a larger font than the rather dull "New Sites to check out" heading. Perhaps we have been warped by most Web pages, with advertising at the top, so you tend to ignore the top 1 to 2 inches of a page. Then this section is talking about ProjectBuilder and 0.9, so one gets the impression this is something out of date and just one of those pages that lurks around on the Web, but is dead, which it obviously is not.
