| Hi all, Hi all. I'm working on an WO 5.3.1 Direct to Java Client application that deploys to Tomcat using a Servlet Single Directory Deployment (SSDD). I'm trying to set some default values for an object so I'm overwriting awakeFromInsertion(EOEditingContext) in my custom class (extends EOGenericRecord) and it works just like I'd expect when launching it using "Build and Go", but if I just build it and then launch it through Tomcat, the defaults don't work. In both cases I'm using the "Deployment" build configuration. I'm running Tomcat 5.0.28 on OS X client, but get the same behavior on Tomcat 4.0.6 on Windows 2000 Server. Here's the code: public void awakeFromInsertion(EOEditingContext ec) { super.awakeFromInsertion(ec); if (partNumber() == null) { setPartNumber("00000000000000"); } } Any ideas? |
