Most of us don't think this. Few, if any, long term WO developers
think this.

Some newbies do not think that either! :) Also, some newbies think
that there's this guy who has a great opportunity to write the
missing documentation that teaches newbies to work with WO and the
open source tools in the form of (another) great book! :)
