Hi Chuck,

I’m installing WebObjects libs into a local maven repository. As maven 2 allows describing transitive dependencies for a JAR, I started to do that with WO libs.

I have asked to avoid waste of time (if a list of transitive dependencies already exists in some place, for instance). Now I’m catching NoClassDefFound exceptions and adding the specific dependency when it happens. It’s boring, but it works.

Thanks in advance,

Henrique

Hi list,

Anyone knows where can I find information about the transitive dependencies for each WebObjects lib?

No. This information is only contained in the development project from which the library (framework) was built. As WO is not open source, and this is not documented, you are left having to guess. Fortunately, this is not difficult.

Did you have a question about a specific one?

Chuck
