Well it looks like the problem was Xcode.
If we have Xcode running at the same time we launched the app from
Eclipse... it would hang and not find the opened, development-mode
ProjectBuilderWO projects.
As soon as we shut down Xcode and re-launched the app from Eclipse
then everything works just fine.
