Yeah, but there is a rare case when you use href and additional "?" arguments on WOHyperlink. Then it generates something like "&amp" which is wrong.

I submitted a bug for this which was closed and marked duplicate. But it is not solved until today now as far as I know. So, it might be fixed in an upcoming release.
