David Holt wins the award for fastest typo-finder *ever*. :) I've
just uploaded a new copy of the .pdf with one typo corrected, if
anyone wants to download it again.

There are no new topics covered; this is strictly an update to the
initial release. Schedule willing, I plan to start writing new
material now that I have (I believe) fixed everything that was
reported wrong in the first version, plus a bunch of stuff I
noticed that everyone else missed. :)
