Is the framework with WKRCSubmitLink on the classpath?

I have a strange error in WOComponent Editor. I added a stateless

project runs fine but everywhere where I use that component in the
wod editor I get an error stating that "The class 'WKRCSubmitLink'
is either missing or does not extend WOElement."
But as the component extends WOComponent and that one extends
WOElement how can that be? I tried to clean the project but nothing
changed.
Does someone have an idea?
