Just a quick heads up to any WO people in the Vancouver area (or who want to be in the Vancouver area) that our department at the University is hiring a Java/WO programmer:

http://www.sfu.ca/hr/jobpostings/449.htm

The posting downplays WebObjects because the chances of finding someone with WO from the posting was slim, but we are running about 19 WebObjects apps supported by 23 frameworks. And we are now undertaking a major project to create a new set of base frameworks based on 5.4 and ProjectWonder.

We do need J2EE knowledge as we are mostly WO guys ourselves so even if your WO is limited you might be interested.

The University is an awesome place to work, free tuition for you and your kids/spouse. :)

Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled gushing about WO 5.4 (I know I'm excited!)

Jeremy
