This is a 5.3, not a 5.4, and it's probably been discussed several
times before, but here's a reminder because it just now tripped me
up. If you bind WOFileUpload's "data" binding and DO NOT also bind
the "filePath" bindings, WOFileUpload's awesome behavior is to do
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in blissful silence. No creation exception, no
warning ... just .... nothing.
