It's dynamically generated as part of the Adaptor build. See the makefile in the Adaptor directory. What kind of error are you getting in the console (more detail)? I don't see this problem on my system.

Ok.. I have just started to look at this and the adaptor doesn't build using 'make' on leopard because ../Adaptor/make.postamble is missing. Where can I find this file.. I cannot locate it anywhere on my leopard installation.
